+ Lead and manage FCG staffing. Develop and recommend departmental goals, objectives and practices.
+ Collaborate with Program Managers and external Staffing POCs for all aspects of program staffing on both Prime and Subcontracts
+ Facilitate the transfer of existing personnel between programs as well as adding new personnel to programs.
+ Manage subcontractor teammates and the entire staffing process/lifecycle for prime contracts. FCG point of contact to all team members. Send out periodic updates, openings, processes, etc. Participate in All Hands Meeting and assist those with questions.
+ Plan, organize and manage all staffing activities to include creating

job descriptions, providing guidance to recruiting/management team, reviewing resumes, identifying qualified applicants, scheduling interviews, resume template creation/population, review, matching candidates to positions, attending program meetings and reviews, submission of candidates to vacancies and follow through, etc.

+ Serve as the primary advisor to executive management on any and all Staffing related issues. Always be aware of company and staffing priorities.

+ Work with Contracts and Finance, Recruiting and HR on a regular basis.

+ Assist in the planning and execution of company recruiting/marketing events. Participate in recruiting activities (industry and college job fairs, various recruiting events, etc.) as needed.

+ Support Recruiting Manager. Perform recruiting/sourcing activities.

+ Support proposal activities.

+ Maintain staffing portal/ATS/Task Tracking site, regularly update open positions and post on internal and external sites.

+ Maintain understanding of Company's business goals and objectives

+ Other tasks as determined by executive management.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time salaried position with a minimum of 40 hours/week. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may require hours outside of the normal workday/workweek for events and to address priority issues.


This position requires local travel. Infrequently, travel is outside the local area and may be overnight. Some of the travel may be international.

Required Education and Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and at least 8 years of experience working with federal contracts/subcontracts staffing.


+ Ability to actively and effectively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff

+ Ability to think and act strategically and proactively

+ Thorough understanding of FCG business processes

+ Strong writing and presentation skills.
