Full time position on site at NSWCCD in West Bethesda, MD working within a government-contractor project team. Supports design, development, troubleshoooting, testing and operation of electronic, electromechanical, and computer systems used for noise measurement trials onboard US Navy ships. Duties include: - Design, development and testing of electronics systems, including signal generation, timing and power subsystems. - Detailed system and PCB schematic drawings and documentation. - Digital and analog circuit design and troubleshooting - Development of LabVIEW applications for data acquisition and information display Position requires sporadic travel with trips up to two weeks in duration.


Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and 0 - 5 years' relevant experience in design and maintenance of digital and analog circuitry. Experience developing LabVIEW instrumentation data acquisition and processing software applications and graphical user interfaces is desirable. Active Secret clearance desirable, but not required. Must be U.S. citizen and enjoy working in a small team setting.
